The only place on the website we collect data is through the contact form. We collect your name and email address. We only use this data to contact you about your booking and to identify you on arrival. We do NOT use it for marketing, polls, or surveys and we NEVER share this information.

What legal basis do we have for processing your personal data?

There is a relevant processing condition contained within the GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation) which justifies our holding of your data.

By filling out our contact form you consent to us holding the relevant data.

You may, after leaving our accommodation, write to us at the address above and ask us to delete the

information with which request we will immediately comply.

When do we share personal data?

We never do.

How do we secure personal data?

We regularly backup our database and website, to ensure the data is not lost.

How long do we keep your personal data for?

We delete historical data every six months. If you would like your data to be deleted within that timescale, please write to our data controller, Alasdair Martin (address given above) and your wish will be granted.
